USS Arizona is a battleship launched back in the Great War. During its service, the ship underwent modernizations. The Arizona was present at Pearl Harbor during the Japanese attack on December 7, 1941. During the raid, catastrophic detonations occurred aboard the ship. ¾ of the crew was killed and the ship sank, becoming a symbol of the Japanese attack. The wreck of the battleship was never excavated. The superstructure elements protruding above the water's surface were removed, leaving only the barbette of the third main gun turret. In 1962, the USS Arizona mausoleum erected on the wreck was opened. The famous ship was designed in 1:300 scale and measures as much as 61.5 cm in length!
