Saving is now even easier with LToys loyalty points!

How does the customer card work?

As a customer card holder, you earn loyalty points through your purchases in our store or our online store. Here we briefly explain how it works:

• For every full Euro of purchase value you receive one point (shipping costs and similar costs are not taken into account).
• One point has a value of 0,05 € - so 100 points correspond to 5 €.
• Once you have collected at least 100 points, you can exchange them for a discount on a purchase.
• The redemption takes place in steps of 100 points.

How can I apply for a customer card?

• On site in our store: visit our LToys store in Niederanven. An employee will collect the necessary data with you and register a customer card for you.
• Online: Register on ltoys.lu and complete your profile. You can then create a virtual customer card in your profile under "Customer card". This is only valid in the online store. It will soon be possible to convert a virtual customer card to a real customer card in our store in Niederanven.

How long do points remain valid?

• Received points expire after a certain period of time.
• The decisive factor is the date of acquisition of the points.
• If the points are not spent within a period of 24 months after they are received, they expire.
• When redeeming points, the oldest points are always considered first.
