The Battle of Stalingrad was one of the bloodiest and most brutal battles of World War II. Fought from August 1942, it claimed approximately 2 million lives and became one of the turning points of World War II. The city was transformed into a labyrinth of ruins where fighting took place for every building, floor, stairwell, and sometimes... for a single room. In November 1942, the Red Army launched Operation Uranus, encircling the German 6th Army and leading to one of the greatest defeats of the Wehrmacht. The defeat was devastating and at the same time became a source of a huge increase in morale on the Soviet side.

This figure captures their character, dressed in a ushanka hat, greatcoat, padded jacket and high boots, making it perfect for a war diorama.
Two Soviet infantrymen - Equipped with classic weapons of the era: PPSh-41 and SVT-40, they are prepared for both close-quarters combat in the narrow corridors of factories and for medium-range fire.
